Returns and Exchanges

If you are looking to return an item purchased via our website please find details below.

Any order can be returned to us for a full refund. You have 7 days to do this from the day you actually receive your order. You will need to pay all associated costs incurred in sending them items back to us. Please contact us with your order number at the earliest opportunity first before returning any items. Once we receive the products we will inspect the products and once satisfied they are in their original and unused condition we will then authorise the refunded payment to you. You will receive a notification. We aim to complete this process within two working days of receiving the returned goods.

If you receive damaged or faulty products or would like to exchange a product, please in the first instance contact us using the contact us page with your order number. We will then advise the best course of action to get the issue resolved as swiftly as possible for you.
